Family:  Nothobranchiidae (African rivulines)
Max. size:  5 cm TL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  benthopelagic; freshwater, non-migratory
Distribution:  Africa: Cameroon in Lobe River (Ref. 27139) and Mpolongwe River (Ref. 3788).
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Occurs in swamps and swampy parts of brooks under forest cover in the coastal rainforest (Ref. 3788). Not a seasonal killifish. Is very difficult to maintain in aquarium (Ref. 27139).

Threat to humans:  harmless
