This species is disintguished by the following characters: pored lateral line scales 39-41; maxilla 14.7-18.7% HL; body depth 25.0-29.7% SL; dentary teeth 6-7; head 23.6-27.6% SL; eye diameter .36.4-40.9 % HL mouth at the level of lower orbital margin; humeral spot is dorsoventrally elongated; males have small and rounded tubercles on anal, dorsal, cuadal, pectoral and pelvic fin rays (Ref. 123255). |
