Environment:  benthopelagic; freshwater
Distribution:  Africa: Bulera and Ruhondo Lakes and associated rivers (Rwanda) (Ref. 26716, 46152).
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Present in shallow waters along vegetated shoreline; also in small affluents of Lakes Bulera and Ruhondo (Ref. 26716).
