This species is characterized by the following: presence of lateral line only on the ocular side; uniformly dark pectoral fin; body depth 2.91 in SL; caudal peduncle depth 2.22 in head length (HL); ocular side pelvic fin length 2.48 in HL; 82 dorsal fin rays; 66 anal fin rays; 97 scales in lateral line; 10 + 34 vertebrae (Ref. 83388). |
