Description Sikao creek estuary is a medium-sized mangrove estuary, dominated by Rhizophora apiculata and has been designated as protected area and relatively undisturbed. The estuary is subjected to semidiurnal tides with a tidal range of 1.0 to 2.5 m. Has relatively short dry (Jan-Apr) and long rainy (May to Dec) seasons. Water temperatures varies from 26-34 °C.
