Iwamoto); Marshall disagreed and the 2 authors compromised as agreed to treat as 2 different populations/subspecies; best to leave M. carminatus as a synonym of Coelorinchus caelorhincus (T. Iwamoto, pers. Comm. (Jan 2014). |
