Comments: Naturally occuring from Manitoba to Quebec; introduced into British Columbia (Ref. 52559). Usually seen in lowlands; rarely found in uplands (Ref. 86798). A popular fish sold in live fish markets. Found in 1 out of 6 live fish markets near the Lakes Erie and Ontario (Ref. 53249). Also Ref. 5723.
