Comments:
Known as "li-yü" at Tungting Lake (Ref. 35840). Also occurs in Ulungur lake, Erqishi and Yili rivers (Ref. 41093). A popular cultured fish, introduced from its native range to other regions in the country for culture and extensive stocking in all kinds of inland waters (Ref. 55380).
