Comments: Type locality of the holotype of P. intermedius: 'Transect SW-SE Arm (Malawi)' (Ref. 55898). Known from Nkhotakota and north of the Nankumba Peninsula (Ref. 55898). Also present in Monkey Bay (Ref. 79521).
