Status of threat of the following populations: 1). northern California coastal, central California coastal, California Central Valley, south-central California coastal, lower and middle Columbia River, Snake River basin, upper Willamette River, and Puget Sound populations: threatened. Criteria: 1,2,3,4,5; 2). southern California and upper Columbia River populations: endangered. Criteria: 1,2,3,4,5; and 3). Oregon coastal populations: vulnerable.
