Comments:
Accidentally introduced with other Chinese carps fry (Ref. 13364). Escaped to the Syr-Darya river via outlet channels. Also introduced to Amu-Darya river basin. Now it has self-reproducing population in both rivers (Ref. 37487). Successfully raised in fish farms, but also stocked in lakes and reservoirs.
