Remarks: | Infestation commonly occurs in the gills. Besides 1977 (Ahmed and Sanaullah), the infestation also occurred in 1978 (Sanaullah and Ahmed) in Rajshani, and in 1976 (Ahmed and Sanaullah) with no specific locality cited. This report is regarded as a misidentification because species of this genus are parasites of marine fishes. |
