Description: Characterized by brown to greyish brown color; uniform dusky brownish inner surface of pectoral fin without distinctive markings; first three dorsal spines broadly connected with membrane, remaining spines with membrane at basal one-fourth or less; lower two pectoral rays free of membrane; absence of scales; slightly elevated eyes; snout equal or longer than postorbital length; depth of body about 3.6-3.8 in SL (Ref. 90102).
