Symptoms: Worms in body cavity and knots on inner organs. Infected fish also show signs of flushing behaviour (Ref. 48690).  
Treatments: Unknown.
Prophylaxis:   
Remarks: The parasite can be located in the connective tissue of the viscera, muscle layer of the stomach or intestine, and the surface of the liver. They can also infect the gonads of the host fish, resulting in gonadal atrophy that leads to sterility. (Ref. 48690).
