背棘 (总数) : 0; 臀棘: 0. Barbel with 3 relatively simple branches arising from stem; none reaching bulb tip; external pigment present on barbel stem and dorsal surface of terminal bulb except for unpigmented tip; distal boundary of pigment smooth; terminal filament absent or small and simple.
Body shape (shape guide): elongated.
