Terminal snout scutes small; suborbital ridge developed; underside of snout, gular part, and branchiostegal membrane naked; spinules on body scale flattened, relatively broad (Ref. 13608). Band of small pointed teeth in both jaws. Head fully scaled except for gular and branchiostegal membranes (Ref. 37108).
