; 新鮮な水; 汽水性の 底生の漂泳性; 移住性ではない; 深さの範囲 20 - 300 m. Boreal; 4°C - 20°C (Ref. 2059); 55°N - 50°N
Asia: Endemic to Lake Baikal and its tributaries. Occurs virtually in all regions of the open part of Lake Baikal. Also found in the Angara (as far as the mouth) and in the Irkut; enters the estuaries of the rivers falling into Baikal.
