পৃষ্ঠীয় নরম পাখনা দন্ড (মোট ) : 10 - 12; পায়ূর নরম পাখনা্তুন্ড: 9 - 10. Three distinct, discontinuous, lateral stripes; short and robust gill rakers on ventral limb of first gill arch; a slightly oblique mouth; and lack of the first mandibular-canal pore (pore W).
Recorded from headwaters of rivers. Viviparous (Ref. 45800).
