الأشواك الظهرية (المجموع) : 1; الأشعة الظهرية الناعمة (المجموع) : 65; شوكة شرجية: 0; أشعه شرجية لينه: 63; فقرات: 51. Coloration: Head and body pale pinkish tan, abdomen bluish. Branchiostegal membranes, snout, orbit rim and remaining scale pockets brown. Vertical fins dusky near tips, axil of pectoral fin dark brown. Light organ and anus black.
A benthic species found on the continental slope (Ref. 75154).
