Rückenflossenstacheln (insgesamt) : 6; Rückenflossenweichstrahlen (insgesamt) : 12 - 13; Afterflossenweichstrahlen: 17; Wirbelzahl: 34. A series of dark blotches arrayed along the lateral midline. Low vertebral count 34 including the terminal, hypural-bearing half centrum. Gut extremely short, only about 1/3 of body length (Ref. 39866).
