背棘 (總數) : 8; 背的軟條 (總數) : 9; 臀棘: 2; 臀鰭軟條: 8; 脊椎骨: 24. Alternating golden-brownish and white stripes on head and body, broad dark brown stripes on upper and lower caudal peduncle, midlateral stripe without a developed spot, whitish stripe extending onto last two anal rays (Ref. 50541).
