Kurzbeschreibung Bestimmungsschlüssel | Morphologie | Morphometrie

Rückenflossenweichstrahlen (insgesamt) : 11; Afterflossenweichstrahlen: 40 - 45; Wirbelzahl: 32 - 34. Gymnocorymbus flaviolimai is distinguished from all congeners, except G. ternetzi, by its relatively smaller dentary and premaxillary teeth, with approximately one half the size of the length of those teeth. It can be separated from G. ternetzi by having premaxillary teeth with five cusps (vs. teeth with three cusps). It further differs from G. bondi and G. thayeri by the strongly convex distal margin of the anal fin (vs. straight in G. bondior slightly convex in G. thayeri), and by having i,6 pelvic-fin rays (vs. i,7) (Ref. 101636).

Estimates based on models

Phylogenetic diversity index (Ref. 82804):  PD50 = 0.5625   [Uniqueness, from 0.5 = low to 2.0 = high].
Bayesian length-weight: a=0.01445 (0.00683 - 0.03057), b=3.08 (2.90 - 3.26), in cm total length, based on LWR estimates for this (Sub)family-body shape (Ref. 93245).
Trophic level (Ref. 69278):  3.1   ±0.4 se; based on size and trophs of closest relatives
Widerstandsfähigkeit (Ref. 120179):  hoch, Verdopplung der Population dauert weniger als 15 Monate. (Preliminary K or Fecundity.).
Fishing Vulnerability (Ref. 59153):  Low vulnerability (10 of 100).
