Spine dorsali (totale) : 16 - 17; Raggi dorsali molli (totale) : 10 - 12; Raggi anali molli: 8 - 9. Diagnosis: 10-12 gill rakers on outer ceratobranchial (Ref. 27597, 57549), 4-5 on outer epibranchial (Ref. 27597). No yellow ocelli on anal fin of females and non-breeding males; breeding male with black markings in caudal fin; teeth in outer rows on dentary and premaxilla of mature males small and bicuspid (Ref. 57549).
